My last cut had grown out unevenly, so I went into this hair salon expecting to just ask for the safest trim possible. They asked me to show two photos and repeated back what I wanted before starting, which made me feel less nervous. In about an hour and a half, they reshaped the layers without taking off more length than I asked for. When they turned the chair toward the mirror, the sides finally looked even and it felt like my hair again.
